I guess that it was only a matter of time, and mine was running out.  The Ferrari should not be an old man's car, though it is often only the older that can afford such playthings.

I set myself a deadline - to get a Ferrari before I was thirty.  So I have succeeded in at least one of my lifetimes goals (you may notice that I only publish success, and I keep the failures to myself).

Of course not any Ferrari would do, that would be selling out, no, I had to have the same model that I had a poster of on my wall when I was fourteen.  I longed for one since then, so it is a dream come true.

You may be familiar with the shape, it was made famous by TV's Magnum p.i.

I do use the car, not everyday, but for trips out, and weekends away, this picture was taken outside a castle, Castles are one of our shared passions. I've also had the Ferrari on track in 2000, 2001 and 2002.
