Rhodes - Greek Travels

I've been to Rhodes twice now, once before and once after we were married.

It's much busier than some other places I've been, but Rhodes has some spectacular sights.

Lindos is probably it's most famous tourist site, and it is beautiful, and worth battling the crowds to see. The Acropolis perches above the winding streets of the town, and if you get the chance it's worth dining on one of the rooftop tavernas as the sun goes down.

The walled city of Rhodes town is lovely to explore, you can visit the Palace of the Grand Masters of the Knights of St. John, from Rhodes they went on their crusades to the Holy Land.

The ancient city of Kamiros is one of my favourite places, and worth visiting if you are ever on Rhodes.
