Bouleuterion (Council Chamber) |
The settlement of Priene dates from the 11th
century BC, and sits on a hillside with amazing views over the
plain below.
The site has well preserved areas including the residential
district and the Bouleuterion (left).
The highlights are the standing pillars of the Temple of Athena
Polias, the Theatre and the views. |
